Why This Policy Exists

  • Fraud Prevention — Cards can be swapped or tampered with after opening, making it impossible to verify product integrity.
  • Market Fluctuation — Card values change daily based on market demand, tournament results, and other factors. Returns would enable speculation abuse.
  • Product Integrity — Opened packs, boxes, and singles cannot be resold as new or verified for completeness.

Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, this is not covered by our sales policy — it's an order issue that needs to be resolved.
